Embracing a human-centered approach also means focusing on skills that have increased value in an AI-driven world, identifying these skills, and teaching them through our learner-focused method. Ultimately, it's about supporting training and transformation professionals as they adapt to a world where routine tasks are increasingly automated by AI.

In a rapidly changing landscape, this human-centered approach helps us stay true to our values as skill development experts, while steering towards a smart and enlightened use of this technology that's transforming our reality.
